Exploring Gampola Kingdom witha an Indian

When a tourists visiting  Kandy Embekka, Gadaladeniya Temple and Lankathileke is on their list along with Dalada Maligawa and Royal Botanical garden. Also it was on my list from long time ago. You know you need a travel partner to perceive this dream or the plan  in to reality. So my usual travel partner, my elder sister refused because she covered all the attraction on a school trip. She was a art student so it is a compulsory trip to them. So after waiting for along time i found a travel partner for this trip. luckily  she also wanted to cover everything. She is an Indian Girl who is interested in Archetecture😎

So following is 1% from what i captured.

Through Mahamaya Mawatha - මහමායා මාවත දිගේ

To reach Kandy Town i have drive the lake around ( Sangaraja Mawatha). Recently went i reach the  Senanayake Children's park i realized with the traffic i will take more than 10 min to reach the city. (Usually its 5 to 10 mins depending on the situation)So i took the alternative road Mayamaya Mawatha. Unfortunately that road is also hit with traffic. So i click few shots to erase the boredom while on the traffic.It took more than 30 mins to reach the city.

Being a Tourist In your Home Town

Once I have read an article in somewhere the title was like “have you being a tourist in your home town”. So, when I was reading this I have never thought of this even though I wanted to travel around country. I am proud that I am living in heart of Kandy also it’s the most tourist visited city after Colombo Sri Lanka. We all should be proud. Because we cannot leave any city in the Island which does not attract tourists (If there any let me know). At least local tourists

So, I gave it a shot being a tourist in your home town. I hit the road on early mornings. So, I can capture photographs without crowds (the truth behind early morning is I was shy to take photographs when people looking 😉 now I am kind a okay with that) It got three chapters
